Bespoke Private Yoga

Each programme begins with a consultation, allowing sessions to be shaped with care, clarity, and respect for your capacity and pace.​

Alongside movement and breath, sessions are guided by the deeper teachings of yoga and may include:
• Pranayama – soothing breathwork
• Asana – mindful movement from flowing Vinyasa to Chair Yoga
• Deep Rest & Meditation – Yoga Nidra and mindfulness-based relaxation

Available across Clare and surrounding locations, your sessions can take place in your home or workplace, travel costs may apply.
