Services offered by The Soul Collective — including yoga, holistic therapies, energy work, intuitive healing, meditation, coaching, and Home Sanctuary sessions — are complementary in nature and do not replace medical, psychological, or emergency care.

By booking or attending any service, you agree that:

• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

• You have disclosed relevant health information truthfully.

• You will seek medical advice where appropriate.

• You understand that no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

• You remain responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing during and after sessions.
   

The Soul Collective does not diagnose, prescribe, claim to treat medical conditions, or offer crisis intervention.

 

All emotional or intuitive support offered is non-clinical and not a substitute for professional mental health care.

 

If you experience dizziness, discomfort, emotional distress, or worsening symptoms, you agree to stop the activity immediately and seek professional medical support.

 

1. GENERAL TERMS
Waiver
All activities, therapies, and sessions are taken at your own risk. The Soul Collective accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damages unless required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and course material remain the property of The Soul Collective and cannot be copied or distributed.
Agreement
These Terms form the full agreement between you and The Soul Collective.

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed on the website or booking system.
Bookings are confirmed only with pre-payment or deposit (where relevant).
Please select the correct pricing option (in-person, online, concession, therapy deposit, class pack).
All services are for adults unless otherwise specified.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Class Packs, memberships, and prepaid sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY (APPLIES TO MOST SERVICES)
24+ hours’ notice: Session or class credit can be transferred.
Less than 24 hours or No-show:  Your Session or class credit is lost and non-refundable.
For workshops, events, courses, and Reiki training: strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a practitioner arrives at your home and the session cannot proceed due to lack of space, access, or parking, this is treated as a late cancellation.

6. HOME SANCTUARY SESSIONS (IN-HOME)

60-minute restorative sessions blending grounding, nervous system support, Reiki, Reflexology, intuitive healing, and ritual guidance.

Quiet, private space
Parking close to home
Safe access

A bespoke blend of meditation, gentle energy work, intuitive resets, and emotional/spiritual support.
Suitability
Not suitable without medical clearance for:
First trimester pregnancy
Pacemakers or heart conditions
Severe unmanaged mental health conditions
Conditions contraindicated for touch or energy work
These sessions are not counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis support.

7. HOLISTIC THERAPIES

Includes Reiki, reflexology, massage, intuitive energy work and emotional/spiritual support.
£20 non-refundable deposit
24-hour cancellation policy
Medical clearance required for pregnancy (first trimester not permitted), pacemakers, cardiac issues, severe mental health conditions, and certain medical conditions.

8. REIKI TRAINING (ACCREDITED & NON-ACCREDITED)
Non-refundable, non-transferable deposit
Full balance due 7 days before training
Absolutely no refunds or transfers if you cannot attend
Medical clearance required where appropriate

9. WORKSHOPS, EVENTS & CIRCLES
Non-refundable and non-transferable
Late arrivals may not be admitted
Not suitable without clearance for pregnancy (first trimester), pacemakers, epilepsy, or unmanaged mental health conditions

10. ONLINE CLASSES & EVENTS
Participate at your own risk
Ensure a safe, clear practice space
24-hour cancellation applies
Classes may be recorded — participation implies consent to appear in recordings

11.  ONLINE MEDITATIONS (LIVE & RECORDED)
Online meditations (live or recorded) are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed.
You participate at your own risk and must ensure you are in a safe, quiet environment. Do not listen while driving or performing tasks requiring concentration.
Online meditations are not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.
If you have a history of trauma, dissociation, epilepsy, or mental health conditions, please seek professional advice before participating.
You are responsible for your own internet connection and device; The Soul Collective is not liable for technical issues on your side.
Live sessions may be recorded for on-demand access; participation implies consent if your camera/microphone is on.
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless The Soul Collective cancels the session.

12. ATTENDING YOUR SESSION
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early
Late arrivals may not be admitted
Bring your own mat/equipment if possible
No glass or breakable items in practice spaces
Follow venue safety and fire instructions

13. HEALTH, PREGNANCY & CONTRAINDICATIONS

Clients must inform The Soul Collective of:
Injuries or health concerns
Pregnancy
Relevant medication or medical conditions
You must seek medical clearance if advised by a doctor.
Not suitable (unless cleared) for:
Pacemakers or heart conditions
First trimester pregnancy
Epilepsy (for sound therapy)
Severe unmanaged mental health conditions

The Soul Collective reserves the right to refuse service if unsafe or inappropriate.

14. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The Soul Collective is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.


Left property is disposed of after 14 days.

15. DATA PROTECTION & GDPR
The Soul Collective collects and processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. Individuals may request access, corrections, or deletion of personal data by emailing:
