Since my first attunement in 2005, I’ve gathered over two decades of experience as a Reiki Master & Practitioner, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Holistic Therapist, and Coach. Usui Reiki Level 1
Healer - Shoden
An initiation into Reiki as a personal healing practice.
​
Level 1 is about reconnecting with your innate capacity to heal, listen, and respond with presence.
Through attunement and foundational teachings, you will begin working with Reiki energy in a grounded, embodied way — first and foremost for yourself.
This level supports self-healing, intuitive awareness, and the steady opening of your inner healer.

Usui Reiki Level 2
Practitioner - Okuden
A deepening into confident, conscious Reiki practice.
​
Level 2 expands your relationship with Reiki energy and introduces the symbols, allowing you to work with greater focus, depth, and intention.
This level strengthens your intuitive connection and supports you in offering Reiki to others — professionally or informally.
​
It is a shift from personal healing into embodied practice.

-Reiki symbols and attunement
-Distance healing practices
-Practitioner ethics & confidence-building

Usui Reiki Level 3
Master - Shinpiden
A rite of passage into mastery and integration.

The Master level is less about learning something new and more about fully inhabiting what you already know.
This training supports deep personal integration, spiritual maturity, and — for those who feel called — the transmission of Reiki to others.

Training is offered in a highly personalised, spacious way to honour the depth of this level.
​

• Master attunement
• Advanced energetic teachings
• Preparation for teaching (if desired)

Practical Details
​
- To secure your place, a non-refundable deposit is required.
- Level 1 focuses on your own healing journey and the awakening of your intuitive abilities.
- After completing Level 2, you will receive Practitioner status, allowing you to offer treatments to the public (with the correct insurance).
- A minimum of two years’ experience is required between Level 2 and progressing to Level 3.
- You will receive ongoing support, guidance, and encouragement throughout your training (and long after your attunements)
ensuring you feel confident, grounded, and fully held on your Reiki path.
