I’m Nathalie
I offer nervous-system-informed healing for sensitive souls navigating chronic illness, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and life transitions with Yoga, energy healing, meditation, and embodied presence to support you to feel empowered, grounded, calm and at home in your body again.
For much of my life, I’ve lived with a sensitive nervous system, chronic illness, and a deep awareness of what it means to move through the world with openness and care. These experiences have shaped both my healing path and the way I work - with respect for the body’s rhythms, and innate intelligence.
What began as survival became a lifelong devotion to compassion, steadiness, and remembering the quiet wisdom that already lives within us.
A Path Home
In 2003, I chose sobriety and stepped onto a healing path that reshaped my life and continues to inform my work today.
Living with chronic illness and navigating the pressures of modern life led me toward practices that calmed my sensitive nervous system rather than overwhelming it.
Yoga, meditation, energy work, reflexology, and intuitive healing became the language through which I learned to understand my body, emotions, and the deeper rhythms of being human.
Over the last 20+ years, my work has been shaped by lived experience, professional training and continued work with sensitive nervous systems in need of safety, steadiness and trust.
