I’m Nathalie

I support people who feel stretched - mentally, physically or emotionally - to come back to themselves and move through life with more steadiness, clarity and quiet confidence.

My work is grounded, practical and deeply human. It’s not about fixing you or pushing you to be something else. It’s about helping you feel more like yourself again.

My Story

I know what it is to move through the world feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or constantly on alert — trying to hold everything together while quietly running on empty. 

 

Over time, I found ways to work with my body rather than against it.


I learnt to calm my nervous system, to move at a pace that felt sustainable and to build steadiness from the inside out.

 

That experience now shapes everything I offer.

My Approach

 

 

My work brings together simple, body-based practices that support real life, not just while you’re in a session.

This includes:

  • Yoga and breath-led movement

  • Meditation and nervous system support

  • Reflexology and holistic therapies

  • Grounded, practical tools you can actually use day to day

There’s no pressure, no overwhelm and no expectation to do more than you can.  Just a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reset and reconnect.
