CHAIR YOGA
Mondays - 1.45-2.30pm
Build strength and mobility in a way that works with your body.

A structured, seated class using mindful movement and breath to reduce tension and support everyday movement.

MINDFLOW YOGA
Wednesdays 6.15-7.15pm
Steady, breath-led movement to release tension, build strength and reconnect with your body.

A focused class that helps you slow things down, improve how you move and feel more balanced day to day.
